Verisum provides AI governance, trust measurement, and compliance tools through its platform, including but not limited to:
- Verisum Core — governance intelligence, AI policy generation, maturity assessments, staff declarations, vendor registers, and incident logging
- Verisum Assure — continuous alignment monitoring, drift detection, escalation workflows, runtime signals, and team management
- Verisum Verify — cryptographic proof, human-verified approvals, governance attestations, provenance certificates, incident lock, cross-organisation trust exchange, and on-chain anchoring
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, software, algorithms, scoring methodologies, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of Verisum Ltd and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Verisum name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Verisum Ltd. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
4. User Obligations
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using our services
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services or systems
- Not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission
- Not use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access our services without our written consent
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Trust scores, governance assessments, compliance reports, attestations, and other outputs generated by our platform are provided for informational and operational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for specific compliance requirements.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verisum Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use our services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on our services
- Any content obtained from our services
- Unauthorised access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
